The Bishop is the classic and so adorable on a little girl! This Bishop Smocked Girl's Dress Pattern from Children's Corner has the classic raglan sleeve with smocking around the neck. View A has an easy sel-faced placket with a seam up the center back and View B has a continuous bound placket with the back cut on the fold. The pattern comes with 4 sleeve variations: smocked short or long, a banded puffed sleeve and angel sleeve.
